When I toured Roaring Fork I was impressed with the facility, but that is what you see when you are on a tour, not so much behind the scenes.<br>Everything depends on the administrative staff, and when that has failed the rest of the staff suffer.<br>What I mean by that is~when there is not enough staff members for the amount of residents the care is not what it should be. At Roaring Fork most of the staff provided good care to our loved one, but they didn't have the time to give the kind of care that was needed, or, what we were told our loved one would receive.<br>Living expenses are high in the mountain area and the wages were not appropriate in order to see that employees would be faithful in staying.<br>Employees would come and go.<br>Roaring Fork is a beatiful facility, but there is much needed with its ownership and the administrative staff.<br>I would only recommend Roaring Fork if there were good changes.
