The physical therapy department at the hospital in Rifle has been great. Trena is a wonderful PT. Her years of experience are invaluable. The staff and billing department is diligent with their follow through. Unfortunately, this post is for the long term care center.

The facility is very clean. The care that is provided for the residents is great. The meals are only adequate.

I called for over 4 months and emailed to see if I could get my brother on the wait list. Not one person responded to my request. My brother was severely depressed from being so far away from me. As of now, I found out he quit eating and passed away ! Thanks for zero help ! Also they have a very unprofessional Facebook page !

Building is nice and clean, but some of there nurses and nursing assistants are very rude. I personally wouldn't never want myself or anyone I love to be in any of those people's care.
