The staff and Leadership are generally caring people which is important to my wife and her family. I wish there were more activities tailored to my wife and more encouraging for her participation. Also, please consider a fly machine for the Dining Room. It’s annoying to all. And hospitals have these inexpensive, wall hanging units that zap them and work.

Sopris Lodge has been a wonderful home for my mom since it first opened in 2021. She absolutely loves the warm and welcoming community, where both residents and staff create a friendly and supportive environment. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels cared for, and my mom enjoys the many activities available to keep her engaged and active. She also raves about the delicious, chef-prepared meals served daily!<br><br>As a longtime Carbondale local, I am so grateful to have such a high-quality independent living option right here in our community. Knowing that my mom is happy, healthy, and truly feels at home at Sopris Lodge brings me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Sopris Lodge to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant, and well-run senior living community!

After a year and a half as a resident, I found management is diligent to ensure that services promised consistently meet the residents' expectations.<br><br>The facilities are kept clean and other services, such as, housekeeping and maintenance are well provided.<br><br>Although the current market is a challenge to hire good people, Sopris Lodge's management makes it a priority to hire excellent employees, which is evident by the current staff.<br><br>The chefs are experienced and the menu is prepared by dietitians, so I get three healthy meals a day.<br><br>I have rated the Sopris Lodge at Carbondale five stars without hesitation.<br><br>Kurt Nestman, Resident
