Integrity - Diversity - Empathy This facility and its employees deftly handled a constantly evolving situation, addressing and overcoming each challenge as it presented itself. The staff and its’ director managed everything with skill, grace, and dignity that goes well beyond words, making mom’s transition as comfortable as humanly possible while also tending to our family’s needs and requests. Having worked in healthcare settings most of my life and understanding the challenges such facilities face, I consider this place and its employees as indispensable. We strongly recommend them.

Our mother lived her last 8 months at Riviera Palms and we really appreciate the care that was given to her. The staff there was great, from Linda at the front desk to Amy, her head nurse, and Dondra in Social Services and everyone else who helped with her and us. We highly recommend Riviera Palms plus she loved the food.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars** My 94-year-old mother came to Riviera Palms after breaking her hip and shoulder in a fall. She spent nearly nine months in their care, and I cannot say enough about the experience. From day one, the atmosphere was positive and professional. Every level of staff—administration, social services, therapy, nursing, housekeeping, food service, maintenance, and caregivers—treated my mother with genuine respect and concern. This wasn't just a job to them; you could tell they truly cared. As my mom's advocate, I was involved daily and got to know the team well. What impressed me most was the consistency from top to bottom. Running a rehab facility is incredibly difficult, but Riviera Palms does it right. The positive culture clearly reflects strong leadership, and I'd like to recognize Jason, the director of rehabilitation—though honestly, so many people contributed that it feels impossible to name everyone without leaving someone out. Here's what matters most: my mother went home. We know that many people in her situation never do. Our family will be forever grateful to the entire Riviera Palms team for achieving that outcome for her. If you or a loved one needs rehabilitation care, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I recommend Riviera Palms if you need rehab or skilled nursing services, from the admission process with Tammy being so kind and helpful with me and working with my insurance, to my CNA Anabet who was my rock and always encouraged me. The therapy was excellent even on my bad days, they were always good. The facility was kept clean and festive throughout the holiday. Overall, all staff are five star.
