We are very pleased with the staff at RV. My Aunt is there in the rehabilitation section and receives good care. The Social worker Lisa is amazing too.

My wife and I just visited a friend at this establishment. When we walked in the building everyone was professional and very friendly. The place was very clean inside and outside. We felt safe. When we visited our friend her room was clean and she was happy. It was lunch time and she enjoyed everything on the plate. We enjoyed our visit. Keep up the good work.

So much better than what I was expecting. A family friend is there for rehab and the physical therapy department is outstanding, the PT room is actually used and patients are getting PT! The occupational therapy rooms are really great too. The speech therapist we met was also very nice. Every time I have been to this facility, it’s very clean, smells good and sanitized, the lights are on and bright, most of the residents I see are all dressed and up, staff and residents are very nice. I’m very impressed with this facility. I don’t understand the bad reviews. They are doing a great job! 👏

My mother came here for rehab therapy. Things started out really rocky but did get better over time. I cannot thank the team on her floor enough for everything they did for my mother. She wasn’t the easiest to work with at first but she warmed up to the staff there over time. A few names of the employees that stood out most for mother and myself are Cassandra she was a nurse attendant. She’s a true gem. Jacky she was one of mother’s main nurses I think that she really liked most. Lisa she was the social worker working with mother to get her discharged with everything she needed. She really bonded with mother and went over and beyond to make sure she had her equipment brought to the house on time. We simply can’t say thanks enough to this wonderful team. Gods bless you all.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Riverview and their staff. My brother with downs syndrome/dementia stayed for a week for respite care and they were really good with him. He was happy, well cared for and we felt comfortable leaving him. They were attentive, called when they had questions and were kind with my brother. We will be using them again. We just picked David up from his 2nd stay here and again they are WONDERFUL. I trust them 1000% with my sweet brother. EVERYONE was so sweet and so good to him. We truly appreciate everything!!!
