Everything was good at first but then they began really slacking , I knew long before that these people would be the cause of her death but they were my grandma was there for about 4-5 yrs we nearly lost her a couple yrs ago then again mid late Feb some where . She died Feb 27th this yr yes she was old but she was also neglected in the end , I’m not the same since finding out and I’m not sure I ever will be RIP grandma I love u and miss u so much .

We love all of the workers at Riverview. We know my Gran is in loving hands and taken extremely good care of. It is always clean and the residents are always smiling. I hope to one day have the care my Grandmother is receiving.
