I’ve been trying to help my parents contact their case manager however every single time I or my parents had tried to call no one has picked up. Either they dont speak their language which i understand but at least dont just hang up on them immediately for not being able to understand, at least get a translator on the call to help. its already a struggle for them to get on the phone with someone and to just hang up on an elderly just seems kinda hurtful

My grandmother is just trying to get the right supplies but her insurance kept forcing the wrong supplies to be delivered to them and refused to help update to the right supplies. I am so beyond disappointed with this insurance and i shouldve listened to what other people had warned me of not to choose this insurance

Today, my husband and I visited a very close friend Leonard Kahn who is 98 years old. From the moment we pulled up at the Home the security guards were extremely eager to direct us to the building our dear friend resides They are to be commanded for their eagerness to assist us and their kindness. Terrible home nurse service. My mother and I never dealt with a more ill informed nurse who isn't willing to listen. Canceled service after 2nd visit. If you don't know and aren't willing to understand the effects of Parkinson's on blood pressure, stop making suggestions to treat it. And using Google AI overview to "prove" your case is just sad.
