Riverside Presbyterian Apartments

Riverside Presbyterian Apartments is an affordable senior housing community located in Philadelphia's Logan Square neighborhood, serving low-income seniors ages 62 and older. The community offers 50 studio and 100 one-bedroom apartments.

The community is situated just west of Philadelphia's Center City district, providing residents access to endless shopping and historic sites. It features a medical screening room for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' medical needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, including guidelines on registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint of pets in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement, and smoking is not permitted in apartments or anywhere on the property.
