My grandma stays at Riverbend and honestly we’ve had a really good experience there! The staff has always been super kind and patient with her, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. Every time we visit, everyone is friendly and willing to help with anything we need. The facility is also really clean and well kept. The rooms and common areas are always nice, and it doesn’t feel dirty or neglected like some places do. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable knowing my grandma is somewhere safe and cared for. Overall, I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for her and I’d definitely recommend Riverbend to anyone looking for a good place for their loved one!!!
