This is a Wow coming soon that will certainly keep the gentrifucation of Riverdale moving along. Huge added benefit for someone over age 62 who didn't invest in long yerm care insurance. Also ... surprise... great tax deduction potentials. Amazing sunsets from the property ... which is right on the Hudson.
