River's Bend Assisted Living

River's Bend Retirement Community is a nonprofit skilled nursing and assisted living community serving Kuttawa, Kentucky and surrounding areas. The community offers skilled nursing care with onsite physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology, assisted living studios, and Lake House apartments that provide a continuum of care.

Residents benefit from individualized nursing care plans centered on resident-centered care. The community's care approach is guided by the shared local background of team members who are themselves from Kuttawa, allowing care plans and services to be tailored to each individual served.

The community is designed to support residents working toward personalized care goals following an accident or injury. When assisted living residents require additional therapy or extra care, they can receive services from the existing River's Bend team they already know and trust, enabling seamless transitions between levels of care.
