I never can get them to answer the phone so that my brother can get his phone calls. They're never around when my brother falls so they don't know how he falls. There's no accountability with this place at all

I want to sincerely thank River Oaks Health and Rehab for their incredible hospitality. The staff here are so kind, respectful, and caring. After my diagnosis bought me here, I wasn't sure what to except- but I can say now that I feel confident and comfortable rejoining the community and continuing my recovery. Thanks to the amazing managment team , everything i needed was taken care of and putin order. They truly went above and beyond to support me. Everyone in the offices is simply the best- I'll always be grateful for the care and compassion I received here. Thank you River Oaks Health and Rehab!

These ppl r still the same! Pretending 2 help u admit a family member, yet they're working against the family member's admission. Judging from these reviews and the lack of responsiveness, we're dodging a bullet! Looks good on the inside but outside is trash. The area isn't all that. The parking lot needs repaving.
