Rebecca is filled with a huge heart. She helped our family at a low point- she helped us with placing our mom with compassion and kindness. Pauline always has a smile and is welcoming. Melissa is also so kind and professional. The staff works hard- we love how they know everyone's names. They decorate super cute for the holidays, and do a great job in this stressfull field of care giving. Rhey all treat you with respect and know that it's a tough job at times !

Yes I have a family member there. He has been there for 2 years. He has been miserable since day one living there. The proprietor or the person that runs the place her name is Rebecca and she is the hard person to get along with let's just say that. The facility could use some upgrade., it looks a lot Rundown. The girls that are coming in are not trained in the correct amount of time. There basically left on their own to do whatever needs to be done. My brother has a super catheter in his belly and has the trainee to empty his bag. The bag needs to be drained everyday and evening. The workers there are not doing it or when they do do it they don't close it up correctly and it drains right onto the floor which is carpet by the way. My brother has a sticky room and gnats flying all around. You know how they give my brother a shower, it's by putting him on the toilet , putting towels all around the floor and then they give him a shower how's that. Pauline is the best thing this place has ever had. Hooray for Pauline kudos for Pauline. Do not go to this place if you need assistance even though it's called the assistant living they don't give it. Now let's get to the food it's usually brought in cold and very little my brother is a 6 ft 250 lb man they give him a a better lettuce with a scoop up tuna that's it. And just remember this is not a medical facility. My brother needs the hose that is attached to his urine bag cleaned out everyday. I have asked the staff and the proprietor of the place to have this done they said they won't do it because they're not a medical facility I said cleaning out my brothers urine hose is a medical category. They said yes will empty his bag but we will not clean his house the tubing Parts excuse me. He has had many things stolen from his room. I would not suggest this place
