The employees are attentive and caring. My Father in Law refused a shower but they were able to give him a sponge bath and even clean his bottom.

The staff is amazing...over 10 different nurses would check on my mother in a day....as well as physical therapists etc etc My mother is very pleased with the staff and facility...the 3 top things my mother and family wanted at this facility were...1) facility was clean...2) staff were on top of things and kind...3) food was good...and Fairmont Rehabilitation Hospital met the top 3 and more. Thank you Fairmont and all of the staff. We appreciate y'all taking care of our mom.

The staff was amazing. Not only the Nurses, but the CNAs, Kitchen and the PT staff as well. The facility is very clean, close to the hospital and near to many fast food and restaurants. My mom stayed for three weeks and everyone was kind, helpful and very attentive. Greay choice for my mom's rehab

The staff, the cleanliness and the care that our mom is receiving is wonderful! Our only complaint would be the food. We wish it could be better but completely understand how many they feed.

They are very clean and the air is fresh. It does Not have the 'old folks home smell" or any chemical smell. Staff and doctors are very polite and they spend the time needed to answer your questions and explain the treatment plan. Highly recommend them.
