Great facility for rehabilitation and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The only downside is the Google map directions. If you follow the directions it will lead you to a residential address on Eureka avenue and not the facility. It's on Church Street across from Eureka avenue, where the two intersect.

Last time I was there which was in 2022 anytime I pressed my call light it would take the CNA’s 4 hours to come see what I needed. Not a good place to send loved ones.

Everyone is so friendly knowledgeable and seemed to be very caring about the clients. Arbor is very clean, secure and professional highly recommended.

I give a 5 star rating for the facility. The place is clean and warm. Staff are accommodating- willing to help, greets and smiles. They go above and beyond especially for difficult residents like my mom. The staff are awesome and super cheers to CNAs -Charmaine, Karen, Junelyn, Jane, Stephanie and Remedios (Remy), all the CNAs and the nurses- Swakia, Edwin, John Paul and nurses on day and night shifts. The Recreation department-Justin who does the weekly Zoom calls, Mary, SW and Dietitian-Lauren and especially under DON Niki’s superb leadership! Thank you for all that you do- your dedication, passion and hard work are truly commendable.
