My husband needed post care after hospitalization and we decided on Lodi Creek Post-Acute facility. He stayed about 3 weeks total and we were so happy about our choice. The workers were friendly, accommodating to his particular needs, and the facility was CLEAN!! The office staff went above and beyond to make sure the doctors appointments I took him to were confirmed, giving us necessary paperwork which was printed out for us to take with us. The kitchen staff were always ready to make sure his meals and snacks were tailored to his special diet. The physical therapists were friendly and accommodating to his needs. The cleaning staff did a thorough job making sure the room was clean which we appreciated. Even the maintenance worker was helpful and friendly and we could see he enjoyed his job. We happened to be there when a new director started and he was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. All in all we had a very good experience and would not hesitate to use the facility again if needed.

We've been searching for a facility that would be best for my mother-in- law and her needs. I've had an aunt who was a patient there and after visiting Lodi Creek Post-Acute, we are certain that this has been the best facility thus far. The staff was very welcoming and respectful from the start. The facility was clean and well kept. After seeing and observing the staff there, it made me feel that all her needs would be met, from therapy, grooming, even dietary needs. And that she would be treated with much respect and cared for greatly.

I came into town to visit and was really impressed with this nursing home. The facility itself is very clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely hospitable, which immediately made a positive impression. What stood out most to me was the nursing staff. The LVNs and CNAs were not only professional, but also incredibly attentive and compassionate in the way they interacted with residents. They seemed genuinely engaged in their work, checking in with residents, responding quickly to needs, and treating residents with patience and respect. It was clear they work well as a team and communicate effectively, which really contributes to the overall quality of care. I also noticed how approachable and knowledgeable they were, happy to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. That level of enthusiasm and dedication isn’t something you see everywhere, and it really speaks to the culture of the facility. Overall, a very positive experience and reassuring to see such a high standard of care.

The therapy team was incredible—they helped him get back on his feet and walking again faster than we expected. Every staff member I encountered during my visits was kind, attentive, and truly seemed to care about the patients. The overall atmosphere was positive and supportive, which made a big difference in his recovery. Grateful for the amazing work they’re doing there—highly recommend Lodi Creek Post-Acute!
