My mother entered River Crossing in May 2025 and stayed until Jan 2026 when we were able to move her to a better facility. She had a horrible experience at River Crossing. The facility itself was dirty and her room was constantly filthy - I had to go to the director at least 4 times to demand that my mother's room get cleaned - dirty linens and trash all over the floor, bad smell, etc.<br><br>Items of hers kept getting lost - partial dentures, eye glasses, etc.<br><br>The director of nursing was less than helpful. Whenever we had an issue to address, he would promise action but seldom delivered.<br><br>The billing is a nightmare. My mother passed away a few weeks after she moved from River Crossing (Feb 2026) and she is still being billed an amount that I know she doesn't owe and I cannot get anyone from the billing department to answer my calls/emails to get it straightened out.<br><br>I would not send anyone to this terrible facility.
