This place needs to be shut completely down! My sister was there for 1 month, she was there for short term care after having 2 of her fingers amputated do to cellulitis infection. She was to go here from the hospital, stay a month while she was receiving her antibiotics through a Pic line. She was suppose to have 30 days of antibiotics. She didn't even start getting them until the 4th day, and they had Dr's orders. Just no one there made an effort to get them delivered, and apparently night shift does not leave a commode by the bed instead they tell you to use their call light then they don't come when you hit the car light when you're a diabetic and you've got one foot half amputated the other leg amputated up to the knee three fingers missing up your hands you're going to need some help using the restroom right after surgery instead they take 40 minutes to get there to your room after you've done pissed all over yourself they don't want to give you a shower They do change the bed sheets though had to wait till the next day to get a shower because they needed to schedule her she falls out of her wheelchair because the egg didn't have the wheels locked she ended up with a bruise by her right eye but what really takes the cake is her wedding set wedding ring set that her late husband got her she don't have them no more because they were supposedly locked up in the safe these people their employees take from the residents and then after she was there for a month she comes home on Christmas Day these people not one of them said a word to me when I went to get her no explanation no nothing for anything they have the least bit respect for any other residents we get home guess what she still got the PICC line in her arm thank God she has medical background and she knew that it had to be pinched off for so long before it could be released or she could have let out she had to remove her own PICC line if you have family members at this facility you should really think twice about it and get them the hell out of there these people are rude the whole place smells like urine is disgusting they get their people up they put them in chairs and that's where they sit they don't get their medicine they my sisters are diabetic they would forget to give her her breakfast she wouldn't get her breakfast till 9:00 but yet they were giving her insulin at 8:00 a.m. I'm telling you get your loved ones away from that place

I live in South africa and they scammed me out of 200USD, which is a lot of money in my country. I know nothing about this place, never been to America and yet they stole USD200 from me.

This place is hell I have seen more residents die in their care more than a hospice facility itself they don’t feed their residents they don’t give them their medication they leave them in their feces yelling for help the emergency call buttons are left on for long periods of time while the nurses walk around doing nothing smoking cigarettes this place should not be allowed to have people that need care.They need to get rid of ALL the staff that’s there I have seen residents who were doing just fine then boom they gone.They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVE ONES DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE.They not even worthy of the one star but like she said there isn’t anything else to put
