I was there to visit my brother that is in rehab before I've been there for my aunt I think the kitchen staff is awesome I think the housekeeping staff is wonderful nursing staff is awesome as well as long as it's a nurse is AIDS the big nurses you see them but they're always at the desk

I just left the rehab unit of JC Manor, this was my third visit through rehab, and if I need a fourth time I will go back. I did not give them five stars because everyone or everything always has room to improve something. While the facility is older it is very well kept and maintained by two men who are there every day including most weekends too. The aids and nursing staff for the most part are awesome, of course I had my favorites: Tom & Jessica (day shift nurses), Tasha and Rachel were wonderful CNAs, very compassionate and caring, the entire rehab Team, and administration! The food is good for the most part, but could be served warmer than it is by the time you get it.

This nursing facility has a great therapy dept and is clean! The menu options are top notch. The activities dept always have fun things going on. I’ve witnessed all staff be friendly and caring to its residents! I would definitely recommend this facility.

If you are looking for a nursing home facility , please check out JC Manor. There variety of care makes it suitable for individuals with diverse needs and health conditions. Your care is a blessing. The work all the staff provides in caring for their patients is often difficult and so, so important. They make a hard time in your life much more peaceful. I’m so thankful for the compassion and warmth they give their patients.

the administrator, HR , & the ADON and the entire facility all have terrible communication. they always say they will reach out & never do and the facility NEVER answers the phone. Also they NEVER have staff, especially overnights so the residents are not receiving proper care due to them constantly being understaffed but i’ll be reporting with plenty photo evidence of the terrible conditions i’ve encountered there.
