I want to say I’d never use any other agency for the care of my mother or in-laws, other than Bee At Home. Their staff is experienced and well-trained. Their interactions with clients are thoughtful, caring and patient. They are consistent and trustworthy. They make such a difference in the daily lives of the people they help. The office efficiently takes care of all billing and invoices. They are the best!

If you want a family owned local business that cares for your family as you would care for them. This is your place. We have used Bee At Home with 3 sets of grandparents who just needed a little extra help. They addressed all of our needs and concerns. They have gone above and beyond for our family and we are forever grateful for their services. It takes a special person to do what they do and do it with this level of compassion ❤️

The caregivers were wonderful and my loved one enjoyed their visits. However, scheduling and communicating with the office is awful. When we requested certain days, more than 2 weeks in advance as required, the times were not correct or no caregiver showed up at all and we had to change our plans at the last minute. No notification or confirmations of receipt of scheduling requests. No notification of who would be coming. One time, two caregivers showed up when we only needed one. We had no idea what was going on. Very little communication from the scheduling office. No way to pay via credit/debit card, even when we were told we would receive a link to pay. Disappointing.
