Nice facility. Open spaces No noxious odors. Floors clean. I was there at lunchtime and was impressed the way the residents were served And the variety of. foods available . I would not hesitate to using this facility if I ever have the need.

Very friendly and professional. My mom has been there a day and a half and she has eaten better than she has in the last two weeks. They respond very quickly. We are very happy so far. Thank you to your team.

Need more help! Patients waiting after meals and before to get back or from their rooms; or when patients need assistance, such as bathroom or to get in/out of bed or taken back to room after a meal. Excellent facilities but not enough staff! For the price being charged you should be able to afford more help!!!!

My mother was admitted to Heisinger Rehab unit today. She experienced a fall leaving her with a hairline fx of her pelvis bone. The entire staff was wonderful. Very professional and personal at the same time. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Crystal and Jessica they are awesome.

My family and I visited my grandfather today, where we found not only his room, but the entire facility to be very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and efficient. My grandfather stated numerous times how kind and helpful the staff has been to him. The staff truly goes the extra mile for each of their residents and it shows! While we would prefer my grandfather to be at home, we are thankful he is in capable hands. The Chaplain, Jim Mueller, was very attentive to the residents and personally wheeled many down to the service in the chapel himself. My grandfather said he greatly enjoyed the service and stated he has also watched the service on his television in his room. My grandfather also stated he enjoys the quality of the meals provided, his favorite so far has been the chili.
