My dad has only been there a few days but so far they have treated him with nothing but respect & love. And everyone has been very friendly to me and my family. So far so good. Thank you River City Center.

This was my first visit as a Hospice Consultant with Affinity Hospice. I was greeted with a smile by the very nice receptionist. She assisted me with signing in as well. The entire staff that I had contact with during my visit were helpful, kind and friendly. Best Marte Picker Affinity Hospice

Had a tour today. What a nice center. Friendly staff and patients appeared happy. This place is clean. A very pleasant visit.

Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. There were some inconsistencies, but not enough to make my stay a negative experience. The administrative and management team really cared about the quality of care I received. They were quick to address any concerns. Tina and Samantha are awesome, genuinely caring people and some of the best nurses. Vonda, Amy, and Madison were great CNAs. John and Rachel from PT & OT were amazing as well. I was moving around and walking after 3 weeks of treatment. Chastity was extremely helpful and communicative in the admitting process. She is so easy and awesome to work with and talk to. There are several others in the staff that were great as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was successful in my therapies because of the staff.

My mother n law was in there one night beofre we took her out. They let her lay on pee sheets for most the next morning, saw them laughing and mocking another patient there . They gave my mother in law someone else's medicine. They are horrible
