As a retired insurance inspector for nursing homes and retirement facilities, while visiting friends at the city center community, I was impressed with the friendly environment of both the residents and the staff: I have evaluated the very best and the very worst of facilities…city center was at the top of the very best facilities! My friends are blessed to be there!
