Like when it was called Rittenhouse seemed better in call services but all n all they are doing fabulous for seniors n assistance to them , games n outings for those who feel able. But health care I question not keeping up with physical therapy easy for seniors to forget n say no is n shouldn't be a option for their health benefits, making things fun n upbeat could help . I love they can get shaved n hair done is fantastic helping our seniors feel n look nice. Meals are outstanding 2 times a day and rooms have mini fries n microwave for in room treats of their own . Also weekly cleaning n laundry is fantastic 👌. Thank you helping seniors feel better about growing older.

The rooms at Laurel Point are very nice. We moved a close friend here because she needed extra care. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful to all the patients. Our friend is very happy with our decision to help her make the move. The extra help that she receives at the pull of cord is very comforting. We know that she is well taken care of and this puts us at ease. From the office staff to the front desk, to all of the care givers, the med techs and the kitchen staff we cannot say enough. We also cannot forget the housekeeping staff that keep the rooms clean. We must also include the activities staff and the physical therapy providers. I must also thank Michael for all his help from the time that I stepped thru the front door. I cannot say enough about the staff here. TOP NOTCH FROM A TO Z!!!!!!!

Michael was very nice. More importantly, he was very informative. The building was clean, and the model rooms were stunning! We are glad that my mother is moving to Laurel Pointe.
