Marta and Molly at the Skokie location were great! They made staffing care for my Dad so easy! They consistently found caregivers for the shifts we needed almost immediately. Most of the caregivers we received were kind and skilled. Thank you Right At Home team!

My family and I are very grateful for caretakers Madeleine and Vivian. I always knew my mother was safe and comfortable. She also ate better! Thank you! I appreciate Madeleine's willingness to take my mother on impromptu trips to Jewel, Target, etc. or even just a stroll in the neighborhood. Always cheerful and engaging, Madeleine was also sensitive to giving my mother her space. A client in Madeleine's care would benefit from such a warm, thoughtful and attentive caregiver. Vivian is hard-working and attentive. She provided a good routine and structure for my mother's days. She is observant and would share any concerns with us. Vivian is pleasant and has a good sense of humor. If Vivian is caring for your parent, they are in very good hands.

Great! I was able to start services for my Dad really quickly! Albert took my inquiry call, answered all my questions and set up an assessment with heather! Heather made us feel extremely comfortable and set the proper expectations! Within a week my dad and his new caregiver are having the best time. Definitely recommend this agency and give it a 12 out of 10.

I wanted to write a review to acknowledge a great experience I had with this office. I called in to inquire about services for my parents and I spoke to a gentleman who was very thorough and nice. He was able to give me all the information I needed and even did a follow up call to make sure everything was okay. He made everything pleasant and was very servicing and helpful. This is exactly the kind of service I expect when I deal with any establishment and I am happy that people like this gentleman still exist! Thank you!
