Right At Home, Derry, NH Last fall I was looking for in-home assistance for my wife. One Friday I Googled Home Care agencies in my area and came up with 6-8. After a long telephone day, I arrived at one that I liked and decided to pursue, Right At Home-Derry, NH. My choice was based on such basics as the way the agency answered the phone, the timeliness of a call back and the phone courtesy offered. An in-home visit was arranged when we met the agency representative who explained their services in more detail, and they obtained information from us, viewed the living area for access to shower facilities, the absence of rugs to trip over, the location and availability of grab bars, etc. A date was set to begin services and to meet the assigned health aide. One of the aspects of using the agency that appealed to me was their willingness to handle the insurance billing to the company who had our long-term policy. As the process was beginning, the agency became a recommended resource with our Insurance company which gave me some assurance that we made a good choice. It has now been six months since the in-home services began. There has been an in-home , 6-months review and frequent calls to confirm changes that were made in the schedule. We like the staff person assigned, she is caring and attentive and has made a good connection with my wife. The agency handles her time record and payroll issues. The business part of the experience is smooth and saves me lots of time and headaches dealing with invoices and billing matters. We never expected to be at a stage in life where Home health Aid services were needed, but the need arrived without our permission, I’m glad we found the capable talent at Right At Home. TomK

I was skeptical at first leaving my mom alone with a stranger However, after meeting with Jen a Right at Home care coordinator I felt optimistic and at ease. Jen did an intake visit at my mom’s home and ask her questions to get a sense of the best caregiver to pair mom with. On day one my mom was happy with her caregiver/Companion. Even better mom had 4 hours with her instead of the typical 2 or 3. I haven’t seen my mom this happy in months. Her and Ana talk, joke, clean house, shop, do puzzle and much more. Thank you Right at Home!
