This nursing / rehab center has a terrible problem, they lie. QUESTION them on everything. They ARE NOT looking out for your family members best interests. They act as if their patients are an annoyance. They put on a very good act (yes Don, you are one of the biggest actors). They do NOT attend to your loved ones needs. Having spent hours each day at this facility, I can assure that they DO NOT have your families best interests as a priority. Please choose another facility.

My father spent two weeks at Durgan Pines after a long hospital stay. We cannot say enough about our experience with this fantastic facility. From the admitting staff to all of the nurses, everybody was caring, friendly, and very accommodating.. No one wants to be in a rehab, but they do a very good job of making people feel at home and making their stay very comfortable. We did not have a bad experience in any aspect at Durgan Pines in the facilities, new, updated, and extremely clean. This is a first rate facility that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in my family, my best friend, or anyone that needed it.

After trimalleolar ankle surgery, I had the good fortune to be sent to Durgin Pines for rehab. I got the best therapy and care I could have asked for. It felt like being with a family taking care of me.

If you love your family member, choose another rehab center. There is so much indifference at Durgin Pines, not all but a majority of the staff are not qualified and have little desire to care for patients needs. The doctor and administration misled the insurance company as referenced by a denial letter we received. They are outright cruel. I have no idea how they received a 5 star rating through Medicare. I wouldn't trust them with a person you love. Choose another rehab center please!

My Mom is a current resident. Great care is given with each individuals needs. Mom loves meal time and likes gathering for Activities and special events held weekly. Mom has made friends and looks forward to visits from friends and family. Thank you to Durgin Pines and staff for all that you do for my Mom. We appreciate you. God Blees You
