Nurse Ilais has been a blessing to our family. During an emotional and overwhelming time, she has consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my father’s well-being. She treats him as a person, not just a patient, and always takes the time to communicate with our family in a thoughtful and respectful way. What stands out most is that Ilais truly goes the extra mile for both patients and their loved ones. When my father was first admitted, I was overwhelmed and in tears. Ilais met me with such empathy and understanding. In that difficult moment, her compassion meant more than she probably realizes, and it is something I will never forget. She also takes the time to remember family members’ names and greets us personally when we visit. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for during a very stressful time. Her presence and professionalism have made a lasting impression on us. Healthcare professionals like Ilais are rare, and we are deeply thankful for everything she has done for my father. When families are trusting others with the care of someone they love, people like Ilais make all the difference.
