BEWARE: I would not recommended using this home health care service. The Supervisor Stephanie does not return calls or emails. Communication is awful. Unprofessional. Find an alternate if you can.

This was my first experience using home health care for my Mom and most likely will be my last. This company’s lack of communication is horrible. I needed someone to help my husband with my Mom while I was out of town for work. 3 days that’s it 3 days 6 hours a day. I will say the evening aid was great. The first day the aid was 30mins late and I had to call to see if anyone was coming. She left 30mins early. The second day the aid was there on time. The third day the aid was an hour late and again I had to call to see where the aid was. Not only was she late she barley changed my Mom and instead of calling to see how to take the bed rail down she needed up taking it off and leaving it off. She left my house leaving the bedrail down with out making a call nothing. Thank goodness my Mom didn’t fall out of the bed before my daughter got there. My instructions were not followed. My Mom now has some skin breakdown from lack of using the cream that was instructed to use I could go on and on and on. I requested a call from the owner which I have not gotten. If I ever have to have home health again it will not be this agency. If I could have done negative stars I would have.

I have worked with Right atHome Maumee for 3 years. They are professional and excellent in what they do. They take great care of my husband and provide the care that makes him be the best that he can be. I highly recommend them.
