My mom recently moved her mom away from this place. They wouldn't even give my nana water to drink. It is like when u tell someone nothing happens. The staff is nice but doesn't do anything pass being nice. Thanks to Beverly and Marquail for always assisting my mom.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the staff at your nursing facility where my mother recently stayed. From the very beginning, your team offered her comfort and support that made a difference in her experience. I am especially grateful for the kindness and thoughtful words shared with me throughout her stay. The staff constantly checked to see how they could assist, which brought great peace to mind to both my mother and our family. While no place is perfect, the genuine care and respect shown by your staff goes a long way. It was reassuring to see such dedication to the well-being of residents, and I believe it made my mother's time with you much more positive. The people are nice, but the care was very below standard. I had to clean my mother's room daily and I could tell they did not check on her much at all. They would feed my mother and I would find food all over the bed. I would not recommend to anyone, but choices are limited in Washington, NC. As you can see in the photos, there was food left in her bed, feces on the shared toilet for 40+ hours, and they left her with a knife she could not use and left it on the floor. The food was in the bed was every day, even after requesting it to be handled. Thankfully we have her home now.

Ridgewood Rehab has a small, homey feel that immediately makes you feel comfortable. I especially appreciate the respect and recognition they show to our veterans—it truly means a lot. The building was clean, and the rehabilitation rooms are private, which is a wonderful feature for patients and their families. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming to everyone I observed. Overall, a very positive environment.

Visited my grandma here last week and the place is very nice and clean! The receptionist Aiden was so sweet and welcoming, and everyone seems so friendly. Her room was big and clean and they have a nice dining room where they hold activities, which my grandma loves! It was so fun to sit with her and watch her play bingo with the other residents. Beverly Drew is an amazing nurse and does well with explaining the things that’s going on with my grandma! 10/10 would recommend!
