I'm always have a pleasant trip. He's courteous and respectful. And, he always has a big smile for everyone of us. I recommend Joseph the transporter highly. He's a sharp dresser and and I always look forward to seeing what he's wearing. He also has a brand new transport van. It is like riding in luxury. I was enjoying the ride so much. The tris are always great because Joseph is they best company.

Before choosing this facility, I relied heavily on the online reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the positive picture reflected in many of those reviews. I recognized several reviewers as individuals who work at the facility, which raised concerns for me about the objectivity of the ratings. Google reviews are intended to reflect genuine customer experiences, and reviews written by employees about their own workplace may create a conflict of interest and may not align with Google's review guidelines.

Stopped by this Tuesday and was so happy with how clean it is! The floor looks regularly kept/waxed, staff moving around the clock to keep up with daily messes and nothing but smiles all around☺️

My family member was transferred to Greenville Rehab recently, and I want to share my experience so other families can make informed decisions. One thing I noticed while looking through the reviews online is that a number of the positive reviews appear to be written by staff members. That’s something families should be aware of when reading ratings. When my family member first arrived, someone from the facility called and provided me with detailed information about his care. I appreciated that outreach and thought it was very thoughtful. However, my experience when visiting raised some concerns. Although the facility appears to have a high rating, there was a noticeable odor in parts of the building that smelled like stale urine. While visiting my father’s room, I also observed what appeared to be roaches, which was concerning. During one visit, I asked a nurse about my father and provided his name. The nurse began sharing medical information that did not match my father. I had to stop her and clarify that she seemed to be referring to another patient. Situations like that can raise concerns about patient privacy. I mentioned the incident to the social worker the following day, but it did not seem to be taken seriously. I did request a meeting to discuss my father’s care plan, and during that meeting the nurses were informative and answered my questions, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were also times when my family member appeared to be waiting for assistance for extended periods, sometimes close to two hours. For patients who need regular support, that can be difficult. While there are staff members who communicate well, my visits left me concerned about cleanliness, response times for assistance, and overall consistency of care. Families with loved ones here may want to visit frequently and stay involved in their care.
