Brad is very prompt in taking care of our maintenance issues. We always appreciate his expertise in fixing the problem. He fixed our fireplace in five minutes. Excellent service.

I really appreciate my apartment here at Ridgeview Highlands, however, I find it increasingly difficult to understand the rate at which rent is increased each year.<br>When I moved in 5 years ago, I was informed yearly increases would be between 1 - 3 percent. I have seen the following increases: 5%, 8%, 8%, and 5.5% coming to an increase of $430.00/month.<br>Most of your residents are on fixed incomes!!
