RBBHC is absolutely amazing the staff are fantastic and really care about the residents here! I can also tell that the team really get along with one another which also means a lots when working with the residents day to day. Its a smaller facility which means residents get more one on one time and attention.

This, sadly, really is such a terrible establishment. The staff are incredibly hard to work with, and very disrespectful. I had a family member that stayed here, she really wouldn’t want me to share this, but I cannot sleep well at night without sharing. We had to take her out shortly after we realized how the staff had been treating her… she expressed to our family that she felt shamed for her body size repeatedly by staff members, particularly managements and the male staff. I wish it was her imagination, but when I came to visit I had a few encounters with staff, and some of them are very aggressive and abrasive. I only ever wanted the best care for her and was repeatedly yelled at for my notes or critiques. Thus, my family pulled her from their care and decided to care for her at home. I hate to think what they do to other people here, or what she was too ashamed to share with us. Take careful thought before allowing them to care for your loved ones.

Everyday I come to see my mother, there’s new nursing staff. I never see a familiar face. The nurses are constantly late on delivering medication and are always getting the medicines mixed up. My mom has fallen multiple times and there are days I come to see her and she has a new bruise on her face. The Executive Director is never available to talk, or even comes out on the floor to see the residents and her staff. There used to be a lot of familiar faces who loved Mom and took care of her everyday, but I don’t see any of them now.

There is constant turnover in this establishment with staff, including management. Nurses congregate and gossip and management gets upset if other staff asks them for help with patients. They've just fired 5 different people with no good reasons. I would not want my loved one in a place with constant turnover. As soon as a patient gets used to someone, that person gets let go. This place needs serious help with Management.
