Hearthstone Health Campus is an assisted living and memory care community in Bloomington, Indiana, operated by Trilogy Health Services. The campus offers multiple levels of care including independent living patio homes, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing services, and adult day services to meet residents' varying needs.

Assisted living residents receive support with daily tasks and medication management, allowing them to focus on activities they enjoy. Memory care is provided with compassion and personalization through the Best Friends Approach, which emphasizes understanding each resident's life story and providing consistent companionship. Most Trilogy care levels are pet-friendly, allowing residents to bring well-behaved pets that meet community guidelines, though policies vary slightly and Skilled Nursing halls may have exceptions. Adult day services provide respite care for seniors needing support during daytime hours, allowing caregivers to take breaks while their loved ones receive quality care and participation in activities.
