I’ve been at this place now for a month with agency and I love it . The staff is friendly and welcoming Shonte is the best. I don’t get any racism from this company or management

I have encountered many nursing homes, but Jills House truly provides a unique experience so different than the traditional assisted living protocol. There is so much care and desire to treat residents with respect, dignity, and value. Incredible place!!!

This is a review about the on-site preschool and pertains only to the waitlist protocols. I have no experience with the actual care or caliber of the staff at this place.<br><br>In March 2021, we put our daughter on the daycare waitlist at Jill’s House and paid a $50 application fee. Late this summer, I found out through an acquaintance that the program admitted a student in my child’s same age group whose family applied for admission in May 2021. There was a change in leadership sometime in the past 6 months and when I brought this issue to her attention, the new director acknowledged that the transition hasn’t been seamless. I asked that they issue me a $50 refund since they don’t actually operate a waitlist and didn’t honor our child’s place in line. They haven’t agreed to return the payment. Seems really scammy.

The last seven months of my Mom’s life were made more lovely than in years because of the staff and environment at Jill’s House. I will be eternally grateful.
