My dad was at Brown County assisted living. The staff was great. You could always find someone to talk to. My problem is the financial person. She informed me I had to wait 45 days to withdraw the money my father had left after passing. State and federal law is 30 days. It has now been almost 60 days with no word on where his money is or when I will get it. I called corporate multiple times with no response. Great way to treat a veterans family.

My father-in-law is a resident at Brookside Village and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and compassion he receives every day. The entire staff—from the nurses and caregivers to the kitchen and maintenance teams—treat him with genuine respect and warmth. We are grateful for the entire Brookside team.

Care at Aspen is excellent, the staff is amazing, no complaints, service has gotten better! The nurses are very quick to help. It feels like home. My family is very excited about the Halloween trick or treating here.

I came to Aspen Trace in January 2025 I have never regretted it.The Nurses and Cna are all the best, they make you feel like we are all one big family. Thank you Aspen Trace I would not want to be any where else
