A Wonderful Place for My Grandmother!<br>I cannot say enough wonderful things about Revela at Daniel Island and the care my grandmother receives there. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with a warm, inviting, and friendly atmosphere. It truly feels like a place where residents are cared for, valued, and treated like family.<br>Each and every caregiver I have encountered has been compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. It is such a comfort knowing that my grandmother is surrounded by people who take the time to get to know her and make sure she feels safe, comfortable, and loved. You can tell that caregiving is more than just a job to them—it is something they truly care about.<br>The administrator, Constance, has always gone above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. She is approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents and their families. Whenever we have a question or concern, she takes the time to listen and help find a solution. Having an administrator who is so accessible and compassionate gives our family tremendous peace of mind.<br>The Activities Director, Kim, does an amazing job keeping the residents engaged, entertained, and active. She makes sure my grandmother has plenty to look forward to, from fun activities within the community to outings and special events. It is wonderful to hear about the different things she gets to participate in and see how much the activities add to her quality of life.<br>Every time I visit, I am reminded that we made the right choice for my grandmother. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of friendly faces. There is a genuine sense of warmth when you walk through the building, and the staff always make you feel welcome.<br>Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing my grandmother is not simply being cared for—she is being cared about. That means everything to our family. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Revela team for the kindness, compassion, and love they show my grandmother each day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Revela at Daniel Island to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. ❤️

I've been very happy with the care my mother has received at Revella at Daniel Island. The managment team and staff members are top notch and have gone out of their way to make sure my mother gets all of her needs met. They are kind and compassionate as well. The building is light, airy, and clean. While I wish my mom was still able to live in her own home, I'm very grateful we found Revell! It has been wonderful for our family, since living on her own is no longer an option for my mom.

If I could've rate no stars I would had. This place is a nightmare to place your loved ones in the hands of. The directory team and staff don't care nor assist your loved ones when in need of help , don't do well checks , don't remind the residents to go eat , janitor doesn't clean the rooms. Very poor communication and documentation when something happened or a fall happen. Bugs are horrible in the residents room and the dining room. The staffing is very disturbing and I pray someone who cares take over as the director to get that facility in order. Please run away because you think about placing your loved one in there.

Constance and her team have made tremendous strides in enhancing the quality of life, care, and compassion throughout the community. Their dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in every aspect of resident and patient care. We have developed a strong collaborative partnership in serving individuals across both Assisted Living and Transitional Care, working seamlessly with our short-term rehabilitation team to ensure continuity of care. I highly recommend Constance and her outstanding leadership team for their commitment, professionalism, and unwavering focus on delivering excellent care.
