Every time I went on a Sunday morning it was so bad with crap 💩 smell and urine my spouses mother was full of urine said she has been waiting for hours to be changed was just there a couple days ago we stayed thru lunch to see how she was eating they never brought her no trey of food we asked her why she stated they just stopped bringing her treys and stuff they want come when she mashes light its a place that should be investigated sad 😔

The WORST. So disappointed in this place. I don’t know how they are able to stay open with such terrible care! Ghost town when it comes to needing help or anyone who works there. Everytime I walk in there, I’m shaking my head the whole time because it’s like nobody knows what they are doing or how to do THEIR JOB of HELPING these elderly people! Total disappointment! Just DON’T DO IT! Basically asking for your loved one to go down hill by placing them here!

I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the care my elderly aunt received at this facility. She was left unattended multiple times, which led to two serious falls. The first resulted in a head injury that required stitches, and the second caused a fractured arm. Both incidents were entirely preventable with proper supervision. In addition to the falls, she was left sitting for over an hour despite having a UTI, which is not only inhumane but dangerous for someone in her condition. On top of that, staff carelessly placed a brace on the wrong leg, causing unnecessary pain, bruising, and even cuts. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. Our family trusted this facility to provide safe and compassionate care, and that trust was violated. We urge others to be cautious and thoroughly investigate any care facility before placing a loved one there. No one deserves to be treated like this—especially not our most vulnerable.

My experience with Resthaven has been great. The facility is beautiful and clean. In working with the nurses and CNAs I have found them to be professional and most of all caring. The residents are happy and are engaged in many fun activities. I highly recommend Resthaven and I am grateful that they are here to serve our community.

My Mom, Mary, needed inpatient physical therapy after a lengthy illness and hospital stay. We chose RestHaven and we weren’t disappointed to say the least! The staff is amazing! You can feel the warmth when you walk in the door you’re treated like family I attended several of the activities they had a Mardi Gras party. They had a Christmas party and at those activities I witnessed that all the staff knew all the patients on the first name basis, and were extremely Helpful and kind to the patients! It’s very hard to know I had to leave my Mom at a nursing home but the staff made it so easy for the whole family, I could rest knowing she was well cared for! Our experience was excellent and I would recommend Resthaven to anyone! Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my Mom!!!
