My dad is in this facility for PT. We have absolutely no complaints, and my dad is very vocal about how he feels lol. EVERYBODY I’ve come in contact with has been friendly and professional. It’s clean, and the food is decent most days. My only issue is how they have him wheelchair bound in his room and anytime he isn’t in therapy. While I understand it’s to protect them from liability and him from falling, I feel like him staying stagnant on the weekend is counterproductive. But I brought it up to them and they explained everything to me. I’m really happy with our experience here. I 100% recommend.

My experience at Grand Cove was awesome. I went for the admission for my father for therapy. Everyone was very kind, polite, and professional. The staff there is awesome! Ms. Jill is truly a blessing. She is compassionate and caring. Ms. Jill really took her time explaining the paperwork to me as I read and signed. She even went above and beyond to contact me over the phone for information needed to get everything started and approved. The staff really made me and my father feel comfortable, trusting that he is in good and capable hands. Thank you all so much for making this transition easy. We are very grateful to you all.
