I am sorry I put my mother in this place..not enough staff…not enough changing diapers …the television is Roku..not elderly friendly ..she already has an ongoing rash ..it’s ridiculous..not enough physical therapy…complained to social worker and supposedly issues addressed..according to my mother..nope..not enough exercise and leave them sitting for hours in day room or downstairs to make it look like they getting the service.. Owners….dont tell me to call administration..I will call New York State and the police..it’s neglect and considered abuse ..I said no to injections… without discussing with me first..and I believe they did it anyway..there is only one nurse assigned on the floor..this is unacceptable…and too few cnas…this place needs to hire more people ..found her phone in nightable where she cannot reach it…someone put it on vibrate…too many games being played in retaliation of my addressing issues….shes supposed to be walked ..not enough walks…they do more occupational therapy than what my mom needs which is her legs and feet to walk..some cnas nasty as well as the nurse to her…items missing….totally unacceptable..one cna is great ..Marie …and very attentive and dedicated ..when shes assigned to my mom ,I know I’m getting the truth when she tells me she walked my mom and etc… One good thing is they have a lot of activities for the residents and food is pretty decent ,for that kind of facility..

My aunt has been trapped in this place for three years, since the death of her mother. We have been trying to get her out into the community as she has not experienced the community since that tragic loss. They refuse to take her out for so much as a walk around the block. We have been working for nearly 6 months, since the summer time to get her out into the community again to no damn avail. Ashley and the other lady from the social security staff are completely incompetent, never present and disorganized. They do nothing to ensure communications are being handled properly, they have no actual answers to any questions you ask them as if they have no idea what’s going on in the facility they work and have no capacity to ask someone that does to get you a timely and accurate answer, they will just tell you anything to get you off the phone so they can get back to doing apparently nothing. The facility in itself is a nightmare, these elderly people are offered virtually no comfort and the only staff that seem to care sadly are the nurses. For the love of god, don’t leave your family here.

Don't leave your loved one here unless you can go daily for few hours to check up and care for them. My Uncle has been here since beginning of 2025. No change. No progress. Only change adult diapers 2x for the day from what we can see after coming here for hours at a time over 9 months. When I arrived today again he's just sitting discombobulated in the wheel chair and trying to rip out diaper because wet and uncomfortable. When family members ask about changing him they say don't have enough staff to change more frequently. When he poops during day not going to change him until take him back to room for the night around 8pm?! I arrived around 3:30 today and female patient asked to be taken to bathroom it is almost 5 still no one. The staff walking back and forth should see he needs straightening out in chair. He can't do it by himself. When we were struggling to put a pillow behind his head no one came over to help us while he was yelling out. Served dinner and asked us what he drinks and does he get coffee. My uncle hasnt had coffee in months and months. We dont work here. They should have that information. Very disappointing and concerning. To be continued...

Spoke to my friend today. Who's like a sister to me,who is currently a patient there. She was very upset crying stating they show her no respect towards her. Then she stated they want to implant a G-tube feeding device in her. I asked her if she has problems swallowing. She stated no. I told her that is only recommended for someone who has difficulty swallowing, one can't live without food nor liquids. She been complained to me about the food making her sick. Stomach virus. Praying it wasn't food poisoning, either way, she still alive. She's stating she's depressed because her family is 2 hours drive to come to see her. She does not like it there and would like to transfer to a facility that is closer to her family, as far as the food , I told her to ask for another meal option. To speak to her social worker if there are any issues, as far as the G-tube is concerned ,that will be her choice unless they have a serious medical reason for that procedure they can't do it without her consent. I don't think they want a law suit Furthermore, She stated she lost about 20 lbs.I told her that's great. I told her it's because she's not eating, she's always been a junk eater. Thank you so far for everything you have done. We've been friends since H.S. I know she's a difficult patient. 😂🤣 I retired from Cerebral Palsy Association of NY.S. I used to administer G-tube feeding to my clients. I advised her to ask her social worker to seek a nursing home closer to her family that will accept her and to try to eat something on her plate or ask for something else. I would love to give that place a 5 star for her losing weight😛I would like to give a 5 star review when she's discharged out of there, I advised her to ask her social worker to help her seek housing. Thank you in advance. God bless you all.
