Their a bad agency’s to work with if you want a case it’s for hard to get a case. And they don’t answer the phone I worked with many agency’s I thought they were bad until I meet them. 😭😭

My grandma is a patient at HCS, we are very happy with their services, making sure there is an aide for her and when we need to call during office or off-office hours, we can always get someone to help with our needs.

When you call to make a complaint about your coordinator they don't want to hear anything. Instead you have a fish market. Coordinator Tatiana should learn how to communicate with people. Please keep away your patents from that un human ‘care’ stuff.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and unethical. They have made transfers, swaps and transitions affecting PTO that was accumulated over a year ago and still has never been received. Every time I have reached out for an update, I get a text response, I can not ever get clarification, just stealing caretakers PTO and I plan on taking legal action!

The owner has failed to pay for completed work, ignored repeated attempts to resolve the issue, and shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It’s clear from the many other negative reviews that we are not the only ones who have had this experience. Unfortunately, we’ve been left with no choice but to pursue this further. Anyone considering working with this company or its owner should proceed with extreme caution.
