Seems to be a very nice place and front desk reservation was so very friendly and informative! I have to go more often to see how they treat my grandma but she seems very well taken care of! Her nurse is super nice and her attendant was very good with her! She seems to be doing very well!

I would not recommend putting anyone you actually care about in this place. My poor father in law has been there for quite awhile and has had numerous visits to the ER due to their negligent. He sits in his own stool and urine for sometimes hours on end which has led to UTI’s which progressed to the point that he was septic. With every trip to the ER he seems to improve but once back at the reservoir his change in mental status and his decline go unnoticed. I witnessed one nurse perform an assessment on him as my wife and I felt he needed to be seen she showed no confidence or knowledge in what she was doing and said he was fine. We were admitted that he be seen anyway and by the time he arrived at the ER his blood pressure was 41/30 and they had to take life saving intervention. With all that being said I have had very good interactions with Mark Feeley he is a nurse I believe in charge of the floor. He is knowledgeable and caring and should be the example of how to interact with patients and family. Half the time you call if your number comes up on caller ID they don’t answer.

We had a friend of our family at The Reservoir. The Staff were very attentive to the needs of our friend. The family always told us that they could not think of a better place for our friend.

I’m so grateful for the care my dad received at The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation. The staff treated him with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and truly took the time to get to know him as a person. They kept our family informed and made a difficult time so much easier by making sure he was comfortable and cared for every day. It gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for a loved one.

Even though I’ve worked in healthcare for almost 25 years and have seen some terrible things , this facility has shocked and disappointed more than I could possibly express in this paragraph. Your family members will be neglected, ignored , and even physically abused. My friends Dad has almost died there 3 times .. sepsis from CDiff , repeated UTI from lack of culture follow ups, and most recently aspiration. I helped my friend change him because he was sitting in stool for hours. If you care about your loved ones do not send them here . They lack staff and basic compassion for human life .
