Remington always does a great job taking care of my step mom.

This is the worst place my mother has been. She fell and yelled for about 45 mins until someone heard and came to her. Then they lied on the report and said she fell while the staff was in her room helping her. No x-rays were done even after letting them know she felt numbness from her waist down to her legs. Both her legs were very swollen and hurt to the touch, but no one seemed to care at Remington. All they cared about was her continuing therapy on her legs so she could complete her days and be sent home. She has ugly bruising from her fall. Most of the staff is rude. X-rays were eventually done after I complained. Decided to have her released and take her to her PCP for evaluation and recommendations.

Issues that I've had with certain individuals at this facility are being handled appropriately. Administration has been attentive and immediate in their response. I'm confident my Mom will be treated with respect and care.

The Nursing staff, the PT group, and meal preparers all deserve 6 Stars !!! I cannot say enough negative comments about the Upper Mgmt. Unprofessional, Negative attitude, LAZY, work ethics are NOT there. Do not go there if your depending on thoroughness with your case! Im going to win the lottery and FIRE all Upper Mgmt. on complete mismgmt. No wonder 3 stars and that is TOO high.

If you or your family members only speak Spanish, please don’t take your family here. They have no translators nor do they hire interpreters. Maybe only 1 nurse speaks Spanish. The second floor always smelled like pee. They would leave my grandmothers room a mess with their supplies. They would give her a treatment and would never return. I don’t recommend honestly to no one. If I could rate zero stars I would. They’re low rated for a reason.
