My mom has just been moved here from the hospital. The staff is so kind and so knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to make sure my mother had what she needed to be at her best. I'm looking forward to the progress she will make! I can go home and rest well knowing she's in good hands!

My mom was there a few weeks before she was transferred to the hospital for sepsis. The food was horrible. I can say the care was adequate. In my limited experience most facilities are under staffed resulting in less than ideal care. Mom did not get rehab the last week due to staffing issues. Since we put her there to build her leg strength up so we can care for her at home, we are searching for a better facility.

I am so disgusted with this place. Please do not send your family here! My mother in law went here for rehab and as soon as she got here from the hospital, staff put all her belongings into a black plastic garbage bag because they thought they say a bug in her purse, so everything, including her apple iPad, cell phone, leather purse, with all of her credit cards and identification in it, her prescription eye glasses to see and her brand new clothes that we had bought for her were thrown in the garbage number to be seen again! That was within the first few days that she showed up so she was left with absolutely nothing and not able to see! We were left with the task of buying her all new things and submitting receipts, still waiting for reimbursement. All of her passwords were in her iPad that was thrown away.So she's unable to sign in to all of her accounts which has made it really difficult since she is elderly and not mobile. Fast forward one month and she is now currently admitted to the hospital for a kidney infection. The facility called me yesterday to let me know that they were sending her to the hospital because they could not get her catheter back in after they took it out. What they should have done is collected a urinalysis weeks ago because they let this infection get so bad it is now in be kidneys. Two weeks ago when I visited her the nurse said her urine had looked like "sludge"! Wouldn't you think that would be a sign to do a uranalysis two weeks ago! On top of all this, the food has been terrible there she has said. I understand that the food at these places isn't personalized but all she wanted is a peanut butter sandwich for snack and apparently they can't even do that because they just make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for snacks and they can't seem to make one without jelly. She's lost a significant amount of weight since she's been there and is just gone completely down hill. I will be filing a second report with the state on top of the first one that I filed for throwing your things away. I hope this place investigated!

Please don't send your family here. We needed a quick place for my aunt to rehab and I ignored the reviews. She was hospitalized for 6 weeks prior to this and left the hospital with the dr orders for drain management, infection control and physical therapy. 3 days later, 2 of them being the weekend, management declared that her needs were met and were working on discharge! The claim was that her goals were met, but there wasn't a care conference to set the goals!? She did not get her meds in a timely fashion, and had to ask for them multiple times. There is a community restroom that doesn't lock, so people can walk in on others using the restroom, and the Physical therapist observed my aunt sweating from the exertion of simply sitting unassisted and called her good to go, "her needs are met." But also "she should have supervision using stairs and shouldn't be left alone for more than 8 hours." I told her she wouldnt have anyone to do that, she informed me that she could be supervised by phone. This place is trash, the management is inept and dramatic. They dont like being challenged and labeled me as "abusive" for questioning their judgement and methods. It is very much worth less than a 1 star rating. There are no redeeming qualities about this facility. The CNA that showered my aunt on her 3rd day there, was pretty great tho.

The Care staff and Nurses are absolutely amazing. They took great care to keep my Aunt very comfortable as well as keeping her up to date on the various activities they have (Bingo, Garage sales, Entertainment) just to name a few. Therapy started immediately and I can happily say my Aunt went home yesterday. Such a Wonderful place and Staff. You can trust that they will take very good care of your loved ones in a patient and caring way. Thank you Regency!
