As a bilingual (English and Chinese) staff member, she communicated clearly and effectively in both languages, which made a tremendous difference. Bonnie helped me get "rehired" and everything went great. She called me back on time and didn't keep me waiting. She was very polite and patient with me. I did not have my phone with me, in order for me to finish the process on my end, but Bonnie was able to arrange an alternate means for me to complete the process in the office during my visit, rather than finishing it in my own time and prolonging the whole process. She was very helpful and I think she deserves a raise! Thanks Bonnie!
