First of all, I had to leave one star or I couldn't post, this facility doesn't deserve even one star. Our family had a deeply troubling experience with this nursing home during my mother’s stay. There were repeated issues with staff behavior that bordered on neglect, along with ongoing cleanliness and hygiene problems that are unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Medical care and responsiveness were inconsistent, and basic needs were not addressed in a timely manner. Communication with our family was poor and often required repeated follow-ups to get minimal information. We also had serious safety concerns, including incidents of theft, which should never occur in a facility caring for vulnerable residents. The emotional impact on my mother was significant—she became anxious, distressed, and clearly affected by the lack of proper care and oversight. When these issues were raised with management and administration, there was little accountability and no meaningful improvement. This reflects a failure of leadership, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this facility to other families.

I can not say enough good things about this place! My brother has been in a few different rehabs due to his broken hip/hip replacement. We were hesitant about Regalcare due to reviews. He received the best care and physical therapy there! Better than any other place he has been. He got discharged today and he is back on his feet and able to move around easily. Highly recommend Regalcare !!

Great staff love the facilities. My CNA students train at this facility they are always welcomed by the staff and the staff is always helpful to myself and my Students the Nursing staff spends a lot of time with the Residents at their bedside, I've been performing Clinical rotations at this facility for years and many Graduates have trained at Regal they have always had a positive experience and they become very close to the Residents. I feel the staff are doing their best. I'm grateful to Regal for letting me train my Students at their facility Kathy Nigl CNA training program.

This is one of the worst nursing homes that you will find. The management is a revolving door of untrained and some of the most unprofessional you will find. Don't bring your loved ones here unless you want them to suffer abuse and neglect. This place should be shut down and everyone fired...lousy care and treatment of clients. RegalCare ownership consists of a bunch of greedy people from New Jersey that don't care about their clients or the staff they have working for them. I thought they had some chance when Alex ran things, but once he left it went right back to the lousy service, care, and respect that has plagued the place since they took over from John Adam's Health Care, which is when some of these positive reviews are from.. Hopefully the state steps in soon before they lose too many more patients. They refuse to answer phones of call family members back, you can call certain floors and they will refuse to even answer the phones. They also have the phones set to only ring 4 times to make it harder for loved ones to answer phones.

Please if you care for your loved one DO NOT send them to regal care. My grandfather was there for a full week to do rehab , came in contact & contracted SALMONELLA while in the facility which we were aware of until YESTERDAY (almost a full week AFTER he came in contact) and came home with bedsores & a red raw bottom & the long response & care time from the nurses when he was incontinent . I wish we read the reviews before sending him to this rehab. PLEASE READ REVIEWS !!!
