My family member experienced both the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living neighborhoods of Reformed Church Home. The staff is dedicated and accommodating. Shout out to Jamie, Justina and Fatima on the first floor and to nurse Opal's team, including Filippa, on the AL side. Everyone is pleasant and helpful from maintenance to dining. The front desk is always ready to answer questions, and the facility is kept very clean. Thank you to therapy and social services for being so communicative with the family throughout this senior living journey.

My Dad entered RCH Skilled Nursing in the beginning of January with a shocking diagnosis. He entered as a hospice patient with Holisticare Hospice. Everyone there (Wilson, David, Gwen, Dawn, Lydia, Anna, the DON, the ministry, all of the social workers, activity staff, cleaning staff, laundry staff, dietary staff and especially the gentleman who shaved my Dad in the mornings are wonderful people. Anyone I didn't get names of (the "night" angels no one recognizes) I thank you too. The hospice staff at Holisticare, from intake with David, Kelly my Dads nurse and his aide I never met (again an angel that shows up), the gentleman who visited to play guitar and sang Army songs along with some opera to Dad and the social workers... I thank you all for your guidance and keeping my Dad comfortable. Our family is grateful to you all.

My mother has been at Reformed Church in Old Bridge for almost 7 weeks now. I have been in the building with her every day since her arrival and can honestly say that I have witnessed truly kind, compassionate nurses, physical therapists and aides. Specifically, I want to commend Suzzane, Racquel, Jaime, Shanjana, Justina, Judy and Bernadette. These women have made my mother's experience comfortable and she has repeatedly stated that they are all "so very kind." I remain a fan.

Wonderful staff! Especially Maggie and Nellie. Showed me kindness and respect. Manny from PT was especially kind The nurses were very helpful. The place was kept clean. My 2 month stay was very good. Merry Christmas to everyone. The PT group made it possible for me to be able to do the best for myself.. I am eternally thankful to all.

Here's what you need to know about the Reformed Church Rehab. If your objective is to rehab through physical therapy to regain functionality lost, this is NOT the place to go. They offer 1 hour of physical therapy 6 days a week and do not progress difficulty as progress is made. The focus is on movement and range of motion, not on strengthening. They don't allow you to walk when not in therapy. So for 23 hours a day your are sleeping or sitting or rolling around in a wheel chair. They are under-staffed to deliver the kind of focus required to help patients gain the functionality needed to go home. It was a wast of 5 weeks.
