Reed Street Presbyterian Apartments

Reed Street Presbyterian Apartments is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in South Philadelphia off Broad Street. The community offers 84 one-bedroom apartments designed with full kitchens, window shades, ample closets, and wall-to-wall carpeting.

The community features easy access to public transportation and the attractions of Broad Street. A medical screening room is available for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' health needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet owners must register and inoculate their pets and follow guidelines for sanitary waste disposal and restraint in common areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
