My 97 year mother lives on the 5th floor of the “Independent living facility”. It is really run just like a prison. The Manager/Director- Warden! She’s is extremely rude and most of all ignorant. She has crossed the line on various occasions with visitors, staff, and mostly her tenants. She has invaded your personal space, insult you by showing a lack of respect towards you in front of other people.During the start of the summer I requested that the ceiling in my mother apartment get fixed. I showed her pictures also. Today that problem still exists and is now has mold.

Worst experience ever. My 80 year old mother has been a resident there for over 10 years. Carpet is inhumane condition for years. Tried cleaning them several times however the carpet was too damaged to clean. Mother resides on the first floor across from the laundry room and the trash room. Hallway was sometimes dirty due to the level of traffic using the hallway she resides on. The Manager Mrs Edith Edmonds refused to replace or clean the carpet even after several complaints. She also embarrassed my mother in front of over 20 residence in the recreation room deformation of character for sure and was unapologetic. An alarming amount of residents have complained to me about her lack of concern and compassion. My mother has incurred a medical condition due to the condition of the carpet . New Management needed asap

FINE AT FIRST, THEN EDITH EDMOND WHO UNPROFESSIONALLY RUNS THE OFFICE , SITS AND PICKS AND CHOOSES WHO SHE WANTS TO HAVE CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR. SHE YELLED AT A 60 YR OLD MAN FOR TRYING TO SECURE A BIKE ON A POLE NEAR THE BUILDING TO SIMPLY VISIT HIS 74 YR. OLD MOTHER THAT RESIDES IN THE BUILDING. SHE CALLS AND HARASSES THE TENANTS AND CONSTANTLY THREATENS THEM AND PUTS INFRACTIONS IN THEIR DOOR ACCUSING THEM OF THINGS WITH NO PROOF. NONE OF THE TENANTS HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS WOMAN. THE BUILDING COULD BE CLEANER AND RAN BETTER. NO STARS FROM ME BUT HAD TO RATE IT WITH ONE STAR AT LEAST. SHE MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE/COURTESY COURSE TO HELP HER DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY SINCE SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO. AND LASTLY PEOPLE VISITING RESIDENCE THERE ARE CONSIDERED RUDE IF THEY DON'T BREAK THEY NECK TO SPEAK TO "EDITH", REALLY !!!!!!!!!! TRY PRESENTING YOURSELF TO PEOPLE BETTER THEY MIGHT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU.
