*In Response*<br><br>At Red Mountain Assisted Living, we work tirelessly to ensure our residents’ needs are met — including continually adjusting our menu to better suit their preferences and nutritional requirements.<br><br>All medications are managed and administered by state-certified caregivers in strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.<br><br>Any interpersonal concerns that arise are promptly addressed by management, either through additional hospitality training or, when necessary, ending the individual’s employment. We take resident well-being and comfort seriously, and some statements made in this review are misleading or inaccurate.<br><br>For over 30 years, Red Mountain Assisted Living has proudly served the senior community in the East Valley. We are committed to supporting and training our long-term team so they can provide the highest standard of care. Caring for our residents is both a responsibility and a privilege — one we honor every day.

While there are some good dedicated staff, this is not where you want a loved one to spend their last days. Types of issues encountered include: not following dietary restrictions and/or not providing balanced meals; sharing of medication between residents, verbal abuse of resident by staff; theft of personal belongings. Resident left on commode for half an hour after calling for assistance. Seek a different facility to care for your loved one.

I need to thank Red Mountain for making the last six years of my wonderful father’s life the best they could possibly be. He never had a bad word for a single staff member and would even ask me to purchase little gifts for him so that he could surprise his favorites with them.

My mother put up a tough fight about transitioning from her own apartment to an assisted living situation. Well, I’m happy to report that she sure is loving it for somebody who put up such a fight. She raves about the meals. Not only how scrumptious they are, but she doesn’t have to shop for or cook them.
