Ravenswood Supportive Living

Ravenswood Supportive Living is a supportive living program in Chicago, Illinois, certified by the Illinois Department of Health & Family Services. The program is designed to promote independence, dignity, respect, and well-being for residents in a cost-effective manner. Medicaid may assist qualifying residents with the cost of services in the Supportive Living Program, which serves as an alternative to nursing home care for low-income older persons.

The community offers personal care and support services that enable residents to live independently in their own apartments while participating in decision-making about their care. Services include personal care, homemaking, laundry, medication assistance, social and health activities, recreation, and 24-hour staff availability to meet both scheduled and unscheduled needs. Services are personalized to fit each resident's individual needs.

Ravenswood Supportive Living features recently remodeled rooms with a selection of comfortable floor plans, bright and inviting common areas, and a variety of amenities designed to enhance comfort and enjoyment. The community offers a wide range of activities and programs to keep residents engaged and motivated based on their individual interests.

The campus partners with multiple local healthcare providers including Weiss Memorial Hospital, Swedish Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Rush University Health Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, and AMITA Health Saint Francis Hospital Evanston. Home Health services are also available to provide skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, and wound care to homebound residents.
